We take great care in selecting, inspecting, and packaging every saree before dispatch. As many of our products are handcrafted and carefully curated, we encourage customers to read this policy before placing an order.


Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received an incorrect product different from the one ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Clear photos or an unboxing video may be requested to verify the issue.

Returns requested for reasons other than those listed above may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sarees without original tags or packaging.
  • Products returned after the eligible return period.
  • Customized or specially woven handloom sarees.
  • Minor variations in colour due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.
  • Slight irregularities in handwoven sarees, which are natural characteristics of authentic handloom craftsmanship.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, our team will review your request.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.


Replacement

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued after the return has been approved.

Many of our sarees are handcrafted by skilled artisans.

Small variations in weaving, texture, motifs, or finishing are a natural part of authentic handloom products and should not be considered defects. These unique characteristics make every saree special and reflect genuine craftsmanship.
