Our journey began in 1970, when our family became deeply involved in the handloom weaving and saree business. Rooted in the world-renowned weaving town of Pochampally, our family has spent decades preserving the rich heritage of traditional Indian handloom sarees.
Our founder, Shankar Tadaka, was born and brought up in Pochampally, where weaving has been a way of life for generations. Growing up in a family dedicated to handloom weaving gave him first-hand knowledge of the artistry, patience, and skill required to create authentic Pochampally Ikkat sarees.
His father, an experienced handloom weaver and wholesale saree supplier, devoted his life to promoting traditional weaving techniques and supplying quality sarees across the region. Inspired by this legacy, Shankar Tadaka continues the family's commitment to offering genuine handloom sarees while supporting the craftsmanship passed down through generations.
