Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festivals, exhibitions, or special sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such periods.

Shipping Within India

  • Free Shipping on all orders across India.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Handwoven & Made-to-Order Sarees

Some of our exclusive handloom sarees may occasionally be out of stock.

In such cases, we can arrange to have the saree freshly woven on a traditional handloom by skilled artisans. Since every handloom saree is woven with care, weaving time may vary depending on the design complexity and yarn availability.

If additional production time is required, our team will inform you before processing your order.

Packaging

Every saree is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
